Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

New accounts can try Akary free for 14 days, without a card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.

3. Refunds

Monthly plans: payments are not refunded for a period that has started.

Yearly plans: if you cancel within 14 days of the first yearly payment, we refund it in full. After 14 days, the yearly payment is not refunded, but you keep access until the end of the year.

Billing errors, double charges or a prolonged outage on our side are always refunded or credited.

4. How to ask

Write to support@akary.ae with your account email. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
